Pinnacle Property Management is pleased to have the opportunity to outline our services and demonstrate how we can work together, to ensure that the letting of your investment property, or home while you are absent, can be easy and hassle free for you.

We specialise in residential property management and limit the number of properties we manage to ensure we provide superior service to our clients.  Owning property needs to be an enjoyable experience and by allowing us to work in partnership with you we can achieve a win, win situation for all concerned.

By listening to what your requirements are we can tailor a management programme which best suits your individual situation.  We will meet with you, view your property or potential property, provide a rental assessment and offer any advice which may increase long term revenue gains for you.

As we do not charge our tenants a letting fee this optimises the number of tenants available to rent your property.  We personally meet all of our tenants and have in-place a stringent screening progress.  Credit and reference checks are completed and you will be fully consulted throughout the letting process.

For every property we manage a comprehensive condition report is completed and photographs taken.  Inspections of the property are made before the start of each tenancy, after one month and then on a regular basis.  Inspections are a vital tool to ensure the property is being well looked after and provide an opportunity to attend to maintenance issues early.

Rents are monitored on a daily basis with appropriate action taken for late payment.  Payments will be made to you twice a month and a monthly financial statement issued detailing all transactions.
